Ever had a hard time getting kids to learn their math facts? Muscle math is a class challenge that engages parents and students to compete in fun athletic activities while learning their addition and subtraction facts. Most of the work is done through a homework book but the results are displayed in class. There are seven levels.
Level One is the Strong Arm Challenge and it begins challenging the student with an athletic challenge: "Take the strong arm test and see if you are strong enough to get all the math questions correct after this workout!
  1. Do ten  push ups!
  2. Lift a chair up and down!
  3. Now see if you can get all the questions below correct in 50 seconds.

Each level introduces a math principal to help students learn their math facts.
There are seven levels in Muscle Math: Strong Arm, Wild Horse, Speed runner, Gladiator, All-Star Jumper, Hockey and Karate. To move to a new level a student must complete all their math fact perfectly in a given time. The timing is set so a student must know their math facts instantly. There are is a hard and easy version of Muscle Math so bright students can complete equally with students that have difficulty with math.
There's score sheets, certificates, and stickers to go with each level. There's even two math songs to help student's remember math principles. These songs can be played right off parent's computers using a web address.
