"Lance" was the result of tieing together the best of what my foundation bitch, Ch. Rowanglen's Dearest Welcome CD ROMC, left in her legacy. She appears 6 times in his pedigree. Her best daughter was Ch. Rowanglen's Cassandra, who embodied all the hard-to-get qualities that the sheltie breed is lacking today. She had exceptional structure and for these qualities appears 3 times in "Lance's" pedigree. This is supported by keeping her sister, Ch. Rowanglen's Gentility CD ROMC, also in his pedigree through her grandson, Ch. Rowanglen's Calypso CD. Again, the intensity of keeping correct structure prepotent was the key focus here.
