A beautiful litter of 3 girls and 2 boys was born on April 2, 2007. All are very nice in conformation and in markings. It is a very consistent litter and some show prospects are expected to be in this litter. This is a very strong line breeding on one of Rowanglen's top dogs: Am/Can Ch Rowanglen Sir Lancelot. Ch. Delamantha's Mudra is one of his best sons and he is the sire of this litter.

Week 1: Here they are! April 9, 2007 This is the family at one week of age. Life is a continuous cycle of eating and sleeping and growing. The mother doesn't like to leave them at this stage. She stays with them to let them nurse at will, to keep them warm, and to clean them.
Week 2: More of the little family! April 16, 2007 Eating and sleeping still take up most of the time. They like to snuggle in a heap for comfort and warmth. The eyes opened yesterday so they are now beginning to respond to sights and sounds. Left photo: The boys are the left most puppy on the blue blanket and also the one at the top. These girls are beauties! This is the exploration stage. The litter has been moved to a larger pen where they can discover new territory, new toys, and be exposed to new sights, sounds, and smells.

These handsome fellows get a moment to pose without their sisters. But they are still such babies! They all still sleep in a heap and must now share their food bowl.
