FACTS REGARDING THIS DOG:

1) Bonnie was sold to Kincardine Kennels as a show prospect and to become their foundation bitch: everything they have ever produced since, goes back to this bitch. Kincardine has never had to restart or refresh their programme with the purchase of other breeding stock, a rare and fortunate occurence for any breeder;

2) Bonnie gained her Championship with three 5 point wins, handled for her owners by myself;

2) In addition, Bonnie was bred for 8 or 9 litters by Kincardine Kennels to produce 11 Champions to give this kennel its start. Each litter had at least one Champion, and there was one all-Champion litter of 3;

4) The fact that Bonnie produced so well with all males to which she was bred points to the depth of her pedigree which was prepotent for Delamantha quality. The decision to do the breeding that produced Bonnie was mine. Because of its success, I chose to repeat this breeding through which I gained the next step in my own breeding programme, Ch. Rowanglen's Cassandra. At this point our breeding programmes diverged: Kincardine continued their breeding programme through a series of outcrosses diluting the Delamantha content of the pedigree, whereas Rowanglen continued with more intensive linebreeding on its source;

5) Please note that I am very proud to have bred such a quality bitch, and would like all to know that I am her breeder. I am very happy that another kennel owes its successful start to one of my bitches;
